Girls Camp

I absolutely love girls camp!! I am sad that this was my last year at camp, which meant i was with the stake. I loved being with the stake so that i could get to know the other girls my age in our stake. I love all the stake leaders and i am so grateful for all the hard work that they put into camp this year it was a wonderful year. This year we were not in the normal Brighton Meadows that we all love, instead we went to crescent regional campsites which were really pretty but i would rather be at Brighton Meadows. Being a LIT (leader in training) girl this year i had to work really hard. we left a day before everyone else that was a lot of fun! We were in charge of the devotionals, we were assigned post for the rotations on Wednesday, and then the hike on Thursday. I do have to confess that i did not do much with the stake on Wednesday and on Thursday because my mom was there and in charge of the lake so instead of doing the rotations and hike i sat at the lake with my mom and got sun burnt and bitten by Mosquito's. (they were huge) Thursday night is by far my favorite night up at girls camp. This is the night that the Bishopric comes up for testimony meeting. I love being there and listening to all the girls testimony's that make my testimony grow. I am very grateful for the girls in my ward who love the gospel as much as i do. This year at girls camp was fantastic and i am so glad i went!
